'Taking Advantage' & 'Causing Family Drama'

First, the plaintiff worked for the defendant at his telephone repair shop. He says the defendant sold him a refurbished phone and told him it was new, then refused to pay him for the work he did. He’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues he never told the plaintiff he was getting a new phone. Then, the plaintiff got a loan in her name and gave it to her brother’s girlfriend, the defendant, because the plaintiff’s brother needed a car. The plaintiff says the defendant racked up parking tickets in her name, and the car got repossessed, so she’s suing. The defendant doesn’t think she owes anything.
