Tearing Into a Customer

The plaintiff went to the defendant’s business to get his car detailed. He says one of the defendant’s workers ripped the seat’s upholstery, so he’s suing for damages. The defendant argues the seat was ripped when the plaintiff showed up and he refuses to pay.  Then, the plaintiff says she rented a room in the defendant’s house, but the woman pulled a gun on her and told her to get out. The defendant also filed a false police report against the plaintiff. She’s suing for rent, gas, and emotional distress.
