The plaintiff says she hired the defendants to deejay her daughter’s wedding in Miami, but her daughter had to cancel because of the pandemic. Now the defendants refuse to refund her money, so she’s suing them. The defendants say their contract is very specific that they don’t offer refunds, only rescheduling.  Then, the plaintiff says he was hired to measure the defendants’ septic system, and now they’re refusing to pay up. They’re suing for what they owe him. The defendants say they paid the agreed price, and now he’s asking for more.
