Tragic Dog Attack

The plaintiff says the defendant’s dog was off-leash and attacked her little Chihuahua, who died later that day. She’s suing for the dog’s value, vet bills, and costs associated with the attack. The defendants say they sympathize with the plaintiff, but they claim she’s trying to take advantage of them since they’ve already paid her.  Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant’s event space and decoration services for an engagement party, but the end result used the wrong color schemes. She also claims they were kicked out early, and she’s suing for the costs.
