You Killed My Dog

The plaintiff says the defendant left a sickly foster dog with her, so she brought him to the vet. Unfortunately, the dog passed away in her care. She’s distraught he died in her arms, but now the defendant refuses to cover the vet fees. The defendant claims the plaintiff did something to harm her dog and then brought him to the ER even though he only had a 5% chance of survival.  Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to fix her transmission, but they guy got in way over his head and installed faulty parts. The police ended up getting involved, but she’s suing to get her money back so she can get her car fixed properly.
