All of us have different shapes, sizes and styles so finding the right pair of jeans can be a huge task. Add to that the fact that they are probably the item in your wardrobe you'll wear most – and the pressure is on.

Looking for a new pair of jeans is the most stressful shopping experience we put ourselves under. With so many different brands, fits, sizes and washes of denim, it's no wonder that finding the perfect pair can be such a minefield.

In this episode I'm chatting to Rachel Hayward of the UK Swap Shop and I share my hints and tips on finding your perfect pair of jeans.
