QOF Episode 140 - Heidi Parkes

My guest today is Heidi Parkes. She is a quilter, textile artist, and yoga therapist. She is a sought after teacher and speaker on the quilting scene and has exhibited her work in art and textile museums across the US. I could hardly even write this little intro myself, because I loved every word in her bio on her website, so here's an excerpt from that;  "Often using specific textiles, like an heirloom tablecloth, bedsheet, or cloth teabag, Heidi adds subtle meaning and material memory from the start. Engaging in the worlds of art, quilts, mending, and social media, Heidi is an advocate for the domestic realms, slow stitching, and mindfulness." - Heidi Parkes

That was so well written. I just had to use that in the intro. I hope you love this episode!
