SOMETIMES GROWTH COMES FROM BEING EFFICIENT

• Think of things in terms of quarters, or six-months, or twelve-months
• Where can you measure improvement?
• Where can you leave things alone, but still have room to improve?
• How can you link to improvement in other areas?
• How can you have an incremental improvement mindset?
