Women in Ministry: PART 2 (1 Timothy 2)

Joshua Lewis, Michael Miller, and Guest Jeff Jenkins will be tackling the complementarian-egalitarian conversation this Monday. We will be giving our best explanation of 1 Timothy 2 and why women are forbidden to preach to teach and exercise authority over men.  If we have time we will also try and tackle Gen 1-3.

There is a plurality of opinions on this topic and we hope to do a good job of representing them all. tune in this Monday at 8:30PM CST to watch the program. Continuing this mini-series on Women in ministry with a discussion of 1 Timothy 2:11-15. Jeff will be giving a 20 min explanation of 1 Timothy 2 and why women are permitted to preach to teach and exercise authority over men.

Following that Josh will be giving a 20 min presentation of why the scriptures prohibit women from Preaching teaching and exercising authority over men using 1 Timothy 2. We will take calls trying and answer as many complementarian and egalitarian questions you may have.
