RR 004 - Women in Architecture with Mitra Esfandiari

Women deserve to be celebrated, and that is why we wanted to feature Senior Principal Mitra Esfandiari in honor of Women's History Month. As an immigrant and a woman, Mitra is the most powerful woman in RDC as the only female in a principal position. Her 20+ years with the firm also speak to that influence and expertise.
