Retro Wildlands #14 - Contra

Some call it tough. Others call it fair. While I agree on both counts, I think we can all agree that Contra is one of those must play retro games. Even through this game was released 35 years ago, you can't argue that Contra did it right and created a gaming experience that rivals even some modern games today.   Join me by the campfire today as I share with you my thoughts and experiences with Contra on the Nintendo Entertainment System!   We take control of either Bill or Lance, two members of a Special Forces Elite Commando Squad. Their mission? Infiltrate the Amazon basin, locate the alien being known as Red Falcon and destroy it. Needless to say, playing the hero won’t be easy. But you have no choice. You must be the hero in order to save humanity...
