Day 272: The Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries

The Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Ascension reveal the fullness of God’s saving plan. In the Crucifixion, suffering is transformed into victory; in the Resurrection, death is overcome by life; and in the Ascension, humanity is lifted into communion with God. In these mysteries, we are called to embrace the Cross, to rejoice in the triumph of life, and to live each day with the hope of eternal glory. Today’s focus is the mysteries of the Crucifixion, the Resurrection, and the Ascension. We will be praying three decades of the Rosary.
