In this episode, I'm recapping Season 8, Episode 5 of Welcome to Plathville, and it was a juicy one. The episode centers on two major storylines: Ethan, who has secretly moved to Wisconsin in a last-ditch effort to rekindle things with Teegan after months apart — despite his friends telling him to move on — and Isaac, who is trying to win back Kailyn after breaking up with her at a corn maze just days earlier. I watch Ethan nervously arrange a mysterious park meetup, sleep in his car to "save money," and eventually reunite with a completely unbothered Teegan, who makes it clear he has a lot to prove before she'll take him back — he needs to be fully divorced and actually living in Wisconsin. Meanwhile, Isaac pulls out all the stops with candles, roses, and a paint-by-numbers portrait to win Kaylynn back, and she basically folds immediately despite her tough talk.
