I recently spoke with an individual from Baltimore named Eric Foss. In the early 2000's, the government alleges that Eric was involved in a wide scale drug network. He did over a decade in the FEDS. Along the way he came into contact with many mobsters including Jimmy Coonan, Mark Reiter, Vito Guzzo, Norman Dupont and more. We talked about his experiences, release and then ultimately another federal arrest.
