Philadelphia is a city rich in the annals of crime. From the Mafia to black gangs to bikers. One of the lesser known organized crime groups that operated in South Philadelphia over the years is the 10th and Oregon Crew. They are a tale of two different stories that came face to face with the Philly Mob and Joey Merlino and other groups like the Pagans that led to some wild stories during their time on the street.
