Baylen travels abroad seeking hope in a neuromodulation device called New Pulse to help manage her Tourette syndrome, but the trip quickly becomes a sensory nightmare thanks to crowded streets, a double-decker bus tour from hell, and nonstop public attention that ramps up her tics. As if navigating a new country weren’t enough, the episode piles on emotional stress with looming wedding costs and simmering tension between Baylen and her fiancé Colin over finances and when (or if) kids should enter the picture. This episode is proof that growth, health, and relationships don’t magically get easier just because you’ve crossed an ocean.
