Why Is It So Hard To Let Go Of My Children’s Clothing? The Story of Ruth

Hey Friend,

I know it's emotional to let go of things with such sweet memories attached to them, but mama, clothing is meant to be used, not stored away... 
I don't recommend saving anything for children more than 2 years, and only the very favorite pieces that are unique and high value items. Like a designer coat, or a favorite dress. I also recommend giving yourself boundaries for anything you would be saving. I use a clear storage tote for my children, and for some clients who still have dressers in their children rooms, I use them for their next size/next season items! 

Hugs to you mama as you make room for this season of life and say farewell to the past. Treasure the memories, not the things, because the more things we own, the more things we have to take care of!!!
