The Healers Meditation: Strengthen Working Boundaries

It is common for those in the healing professions to be empathic. This is, of course, a wonderful quality. Issues can come when energetic boundaries are too weak. Absorption of lower frequency energies can cause various problems. If it continues over a long period of time it can cause dis-ease.

This is a meditation for anyone working within the healing such as energy healer or body worker, yoga teacher or anyone within the talking/therapeutic professions such as a coach, counselor or psychotherapist.
