Hello and welcome back to the podcast. This week, we have a special guest in Mishka Sibert. Mishka is an adult sibling of an autistic brother and shares her experiences growing up and finding her purpose to help mothers.

Mishka starts by sharing her personal journey to realizing that she had been people pleasing and being told that she was fine her whole life. This was finally brought to light with a serious medical situation and Mishka truly had to advocate for herself.

After this, she started doing soul searching, diving into her emotions and searching for the stories of other siblings like her.  This led her to write a book with messages to mothers based on her own experience and deep dive into emotions.
