049:  Welcome back to the podcast.  This week let’s talk about accepting compliments this week. We often have such a hard time accepting compliments, especially when it comes to our children, because we see the REAL and the HARD and its so conflicting!

We are often so hard on ourselves about what else we could be doing that we cant stop and take a step back to see that we are doing just fine and we are deserving of compliments!
