Our thoughts, no matter if said out loud, or felt though our emotion can have such a huge impact on how we feel and then the action that we take or don't take.
In this solo episode, I share my experience with my body in this season of my life and how I catch how my thoughts impact my mood and my actions.
I also share two tips on how to start to bring awareness to the situation.
