A deep knowing but not really understanding, led Jes to a 10 year career in policing. And when she felt the same deep knowing, she knew she had to let that career go and move on.

I met Jes at a women's event in California in 2019, and when we found out that we were both in policing, it was an instant bond.

In this episode we talk about why police officers connect and gravitate towards each other and why that connection can also isolates us from the outside world.
