With over 2 decades of experience in Health and Fitness, Karen Yaworsky has dedicated her life to understanding the Woman's body. She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist and Thai Massage practitioner. Karen specializes in Digestion, Weight loss and Stress management and caters to busy women by helping them optimize their digestion and reach their weight loss goals with ease. She is extremely committed to what she does because she has been there. Dealing with digestion issues, excess weight and feeling lost and stuck for years her body felt broken and she had no one to turn to. Now, she is that support for women who are stuck with their weight loss goals, bloated and exhausted from dieting. Karen helps women understand what their body’s needs are and creates a plan to support each woman’s individual body. She approaches food as a healing tool and teaches women to embrace food rather than restricting it.
