Navicular Bone Stress Injuries

In this episode of the How I Rehab podcast we chat with Dr. Rich Willy, an Associate Professor at the School of Physical Therapy, University of Montana. Rich has a PhD studying patellofemoral pain and has been a clinician for over 20 years, specialising in the treatment of the injured runner. He is extensively published in running related overuse injuries and has presented to multiple elite organisations including Olympic sports medicine staff and the National Basketball Association on lower extremity injuries.
