This week: Palestinians fear further Israeli attacks on the city of Rafah as the death toll from Israel's war rose above 28,000 people. Truce negotiations appeared to have hit an impasse. A six-year-old in Gaza was confirmed dead along with those who tried to rescue her. It is day 128 of the war.
