Faris Aranki runs his own consulting firm that focuses on enhancing both individual and collective business effectiveness through strategy and emotional intelligence.

He began his career as a school teacher, working in various countries, before transitioning into the business world. He worked for an energy company after briefly exploring journalism and working for the police. He then moved into strategy consulting, collaborating with numerous clients. Eventually, he took the leap to leverage all his experiences and establish his own firm, helping businesses improve their effectiveness.

Now, Faris thoroughly enjoys his work and feels fortunate to be invited to share his experiences on podcasts, in magazines, and at conferences. He is a firm believer in sharing ideas and experiences freely, as he believes this is what truly makes the world a better place.
