Jerry Hey is without a doubt, one of the most impactful trumpet players of modern times. He has contributed his dazzling trumpet playing and arranging wizardry to a monumental number of recordings over his 45 plus years in the LA studio scene. And in this episode, I’ll be pulling some clips from my hangs with Jerry as well as from some of the other Trumpet Gurus that have felt his influence.
