Behind The Vet Rehab Practice with Heather Owen

Heather joins Megan to talk about her practice and how she transitioned from a single practitioner to a brick and mortar practice. She values work-life balance and all the therapists in her team work less than 30 hours a week. We discuss her model and how she maximizes her team's strengths and employs new staff to fill the void of the weaknesses. She accepts that everyone cannot be everything and this shift in her mind has helped her grow as a leader and get the most out of her team.
