Verity & Charlie are the owners of the Oowee Diner brand. They are known for their amazing fast food as well as their ever growing vegan diners. Being from the Bristol area and seeing their restaurants turn in to an institution in the Bristol food scene I had to get them on the podcast to hear about their journey.
