This week on the Worn & Wound podcast, Zach Kazan and Kat Shoulders welcome Doug LaViolette. Doug is the founder of the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation, and recently collaborated with Sheffield on a new watch that honors his late son, Brian, and raises money for the foundation named for him, which has awarded thousands of scholarships to students all over the world. Doug tells us the story of his son, what the foundation has accomplished and hopes to accomplish in the future, and of course all about the watch itself. Mostly though, this is a conversation about community, and the great ways that watches and the people in this hobby can accomplish worthwhile things.
