Distinct from saving faith and everyday faith, it enables believers to stand with extraordinary assurance when human reasoning and strength fall short. We also examine the Gifts of Healings, which reveal God’s compassion toward those who suffer while remaining subject to His perfect wisdom and sovereign will. Some of the greatest demonstrations of God’s power were not dramatic outward miracles, but His quiet grace providing wisdom, peace, endurance, and strength when her own ability was insufficient. Sometimes God’s power changes our circumstances. Other times, His power changes us. This episode challenges us to ask: Do I desire God’s will more than His power? Am I seeking the Giver more than the gifts? Can I trust His wisdom when He works differently than I expected?
