In the small town of Jamestown, California, Daniel Mark Driver was on trial facing child abuse charges against multiple boys. Willie Nesler was a victim of Driver's who was set to testify after a lunch break, but before he had the opportunity, his mother, Ellie took matters into her own hands and shot driver 5 times in the head and neck.
