EP 60: Reader Question – I see no benefit to alcohol, why can’t I just quit?

If I understand and agree with pretty much everything I read in This Naked Mind, why am I having such a hard time actually quitting?  Annie gives us some great information on why we might be experiencing this frustrating situation and provides some great resources to help us move forward.
