Friends of the Rosary,

As we read today in the Gospel (John 8:21-30), the division between Jesus and His enemies becomes more critical, sharper.

During His mortal life, Jesus's Divinity was hidden under the veil of His Humanity. Even for those who lived with Him, His Divinity was an object of faith.

They witnessed works that, as they acknowledged, God alone could do. But they saw, too, that Christ was man.

Jesus said to the Pharisees,

"You belong to what is below,I belong to what is above.You belong to this world,but I do not belong to this world.That is why I told you that you will die in your sins.For if you do not believe that I AM,you will die in your sins."

Faith in the Divinity of Christ Jesus constitutes the first step towards the divine life for us and the Jews of His time.
