Today, January 31st is St. John Bosco’s Memorial Day. Founder of the Salesian Society and of the Daughters of Mary Auxiliatrix, St. John Bosco was an enlightened educator and innovator.

This nineteenth-century Italian priest was a great apostle of youth.

As a seeker of souls, Don Bosco formulated a system of education based on “reason, religion, and kindness.”
