June 16, 2021, Holy Rosary (Glorious Mysteries)

[Comment: One Family]

Friends of the Rosary:

Jesus Christ called us “to be perfect, just as the heavenly Father is perfect”, as we read yesterday (Mt 5:43-48).

To be able to reach holiness, we receive the wisdom of the Holy Spirit and the love of God, as we learn in the third Glorious Mystery that we pray today.

This grace is for everyone, for the peaceful people, and for the lost ones. As Jesus Christ revealed, “the heavenly Father makes his sun rise on the bad and the good, and causes rain to fall on the just and the unjust.”

We are all children of God, souls created by the same Divinity. Therefore, we should aspire to be one family, loving one another — putting ourselves in the shoes of the other and wishing the very best to our neighbors.

We imitate Jesus and Mary, so let’s try to adopt their merciful love to build a united human family.
