[Comment: Heinous Attack]

Friends of the Rosary,

Nineteen years ago, on September 11, 2001, America suffered the worst terrorist attack in history, with almost 3,500 innocents dead. It was an attack not just on the United States, but on all of humanity.

Today in the US we observe the date as the “Patriot Day”, while we turn to prayer and remember the families of those who died, those who were injured, and all the selfless first responders and brave persons who risked their lives to save others.

Almost two decades later, we sadly see that evil-inspired ideologies, terrorism, and wars still persist.

We seek the light and guidance of Jesus Christ, knowing that real comfort, strength and hope only comes from Heaven.
