Being and Doing

Being and Doing – the spiritual path is not doing, but being.

It is primarily through selfless, serviceful activities that we develop our higher qualities.

In being kind to others, we develop kindness. We need to continue to “do” until we lose the thought that “I am doing it.”

When you have an expanded consciousness you are able to better cope with reality.

When you think if ‘I and mine’ you are never content. You always want something more. This world will never be perfect.
