The importance of energy on the spiritual path is key to spiritual progress.

Kriyananda tells us that what binds us to this world and to our ego is the thought, “It’s mine.”

If we want freedom in this lifetime, we must see God as the Doer, do everything for God and not our own ego, and understand that nothing and no one belongs to us.
