On Thanksgiving Eve 1930, the entire Germond family was murdered on their farm in Stanfordville, New York. Nearly a century later, the murders remain unsolved.

One man, in particular, caught the attention of the police and the Pinkerton detective agency after several people, including his wife, had signed affidavits against him.
