On July 2, 2021, Quinton Dorsey was hosting a pop-up clothing sale outside his grandmother's home when a gunman approached and executed him in front of family members. Only three days later, on July 5, 2021, Matima Miller, who was friends with Quinton, was gunned down. Investigators thought there was a link, but they had to figure out what it was and who was behind the murders.
