I'm reposting this interview from a few years ago with former Benton Harbor Police Officer, Andrew Collins. Andrew was caught planting evidence and stealing on the job, and has been trying to make things right since he got out of prison. This is a good look into the culture in the Benton Harbor Police Department in the early 2000's, around the time of Jodi's arrest.
