With it being Mental Health Awareness Month and following last week’s episode, we’re talking about 3 daily wins. A lot of my stress and anxiety come from wanting to be successful, which leads me to overwork myself and put my needs on the back burner. I’m slowly starting to learn that there’s more than one way to be successful. If you’re taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually, YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL!
