Every year around my birthday, I spiral because I am overly aware of the fact that I am getting older. I used to be so excited for my birthday, and now I dread it because I am afraid of getting older. In today's episode, I talk about the fears of aging, backhanded compliments, beauty standards, and why I am no longer attaching a negative meaning to aging.
