Maggie Altobelli and her husband Dom are raising twin girls (Addy and Lilly) who were born connected at the abdomen and chest, a condition known as thoraco-omphalopagus twins. Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) took care of the girls from birth and eventually separated the twins with surgery.
