January 27, 2016. American surfer and tennis pro Darryl Fornatora, 45, disappears while on a short trip to The Dominican Republic. Darryl is 6’5, slim and muscular, and has dark brown hair and brown eyes. He has a large scar on his shoulder and no tattoos. While the Dominican authorities have officially closed the case, many important questions linger.
