Kelly & Tom close the loop with their recap of Upstairs, Downstairs S1E3. They’re feeling retroactively charitable toward the show due to Claire Foy’s performance in “Wolf Hall,” nobody cares about Christian names, Michigan J. Frog’s German cousin is unmasked, and Persie hasn’t even begun to monster. Kelly points out that people haven’t really figured out childbirth, Tom doesn’t recall the chicken wings, and everyone wonders when this show turned into a 1930s screwball comedy.
