Christine McNabb wants you to know you aren‘t alone

On this episode of Living Well with Dr. Jessica we meet Christine McNabb, the founder of This Mama Wines, a  community of diverse moms she created to share and discuss the good and not so good experiences of motherhood. Christine, a mother of four children,  started This Momma Wines after she was diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety.

Christine was fortunate enough to get the help she needed, and she created her site so she could help other moms that were feeling the same way.
