The Ref & The Ice Harvest: Twas the Heist before Christmas, part 1

Twas the heist before Christmas and all through the podcast, there were many schemes a stirring to theme our holiday 'sodes (I can shorten "episodes" to "sodes," right??).

The microphone was set by the computer with care, in hopes that inspiration soon would be there.

When what should appear to our wondering eyes, but an autocorrected text changing "horror" to "heist!"

The theme was perfect, we thought, since it included a pun!  Before the movies were picked, we knew for sure it'd be fun!

After thinking and searching, we finally picked out our movies.  They might not all be amazing...but we still think our reviews will be groovy.

Now, starting things out we've got more of "robberies" than "heists"... but we've loosely themed things, ok?  So be nice...

Tonight's two movies are The Ref and The Ice Harvest.  So sit back and enjoy Video Monsters' Christmas series, where we take movies seriously...but ourselves in jest.
