Worship leader? Lead worshipper? Worship artist?

A seminar about the core essence of worship in a world where leading worship is everything from three cords with an acoustic guitar in a small group to a full band with smoke and lights before a cheering crowd of thousands. We say: “it is not about us” and still it is often a lot about us. Or? Is leading worship and creativity incompatible? Can an artist be a worship leader? Can a worship leader be an artist?
